Who processes your data

The data controller is Forcellini Carburanti Srl, Strada delle Moricce 29, 47892 Acquaviva, Republic of San Marino (COE SM20277), email info@forcellinicarburanti.com. Data is processed in accordance with Law no. 171/2018 of the Republic of San Marino on the protection of personal data.

Bookings

When you send a booking request we collect the data you enter in the form (name, phone, email, car, addresses for the car valet, notes) only to handle the booking and contact you. The request reaches us by email and is kept for 12 months, then deleted. It is not used for advertising and not passed on to anyone.

Visits to the site

This site uses no cookies and no third-party tracking tools. To know how many people visit it we record, for each page viewed, the time, the page, the language, the type of device and browser, the site you came from and the approximate location derived from your IP address via the ipinfo.io service. The IP address is not stored. The details are kept for 30 days, after which only totals remain.

Fonts and map

Fonts and map are hosted on this site: when you open the pages your browser does not contact external services. Links to Google Maps and to news publishers open external sites, with their own privacy rules.
